Through a trauma-informed lens, I strive to create a collaborative space where we can find what works best for your unique needs. Together, we can explore new perspectives, healthy coping skills, or simply sit with life’s difficulties. Outside of the therapy room, I love fiber arts, farming, and reading.
I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Teachers College, Columbia University. My first career as a farmer revealed the enormous healing potential of nature, community, and meaningful labor, inspiring my interest in nature-based therapy. I also served as an abortion doula at Planned Parenthood and currently support survivors as a Rape Crisis Counselor, providing affirming, trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
