Lately, my focus has shifted toward providing dedicated care for women dealing with infertility, reproductive stress, and perinatal mental health challenges. I’m trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic and Mindfulness Practices, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and have had the privilege of working across both nonprofit and private sectors to help clients build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
