My approach is integrative and grounded in a person-centered mindset. I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) alongside other evidence-based methods to meet each client’s unique needs, My primary focus is creating a supportive, collaborative space while helping individuals to build practical skills, enhance insight on symptoms, and work towards meaningful and sustainable growth.
My professional background includes working with individuals of various ages, demographics, and diagnoses at New York Presbyterian Westchester Behavioral Health for 3 ½ years. Additionally, I interned at St. Vincent’s Adult Partial Hospital Program in Harrison, NY for a year, meeting with clients individually for talk-therapy while also facilitating group therapy sessions.
