I believe therapy helps people deepen their understanding of themselves and their situations. I aim to facilitate my clients to embark on a journey of self-discovery, gain empowerment, and develop coping strategies to heal, grow, and thrive. I’m here to create a safe space for your beliefs, desires, and fears.
I have been working with children, adults, couples and families facing issues such as cultural identities, grief, trauma, family relationships, disabilities, chronic illness, bipolar, BPD and more. I aim to empower immigrants, Asian and queer communities, as well as clients with sex-related concerns, non-monogamy, and kink/BDSM.
