I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and collaboration. I strive to meet clients where they are and create a space where they feel safe, seen, and supported as they explore their emotions, relationships, and identities. My style is culturally responsive, drawing from CBT, attachment-based, family systems, and strengths-based approaches to support insight, self-compassion, and meaningful growth.
I am a Mental Health Counseling Intern pursuing my master’s degree at Teachers College, Columbia University. My experience includes working with children, adolescents, and families across research, school, and community settings, with a focus on anxiety, OCD, family work, parent training, South Asian mental health, and culturally responsive care.
