I approach psychological assessment as a collaborative, relational, and therapeutic process. I aim to understand clients within the broader context of their identities, relationships, and lived experiences, rather than focusing solely on diagnosis. Drawing from therapeutic assessment principles, I value clients as active participants in the process and strive to provide meaningful, strengths-based feedback that promotes insight, validation, and opportunities for growth.
I am a third-year Counseling Psychology Ph.D. student at Seton Hall University with clinical experience across university counseling, community mental health, and outpatient settings. I have worked primarily with diverse young adults and adults, providing individual and group psychotherapy and psychological assessment. My training has included supporting clients with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, identity development, interpersonal concerns, and life transitions.

Education

M.Ed in Counseling Psychology, Temple University B.Sc in Psychological and Social Sciences, Pennsylvania State University
