I strive to provide a warm, compassionate, trauma-informed environment where patients feel heard, validated and respected. My care is LGBTQ+ affirming. I always aim to provide top-notch psychiatric care and guide my clients toward a rewarding life that is not defined by diagnosis.
I am a dually board-certified family and psychiatric nurse practitioner with thirteen years of unique clinical experience including pain management, primary care and psychiatry. I have experience in treating ADHD, ASD, adjustment disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders (including depression and bipolar), treatment-resistant depression, phobias, PTSD, panic attacks, performance anxiety, personality disorders, professional difficulties, OCD, substance use disorders, teen concerns, life transitions and chronic pain syndromes.
