I view therapeutic and assessment work as a collaborative process that honors each individual’s strengths, values, and neurodiversity. My approach is integrative and developmentally informed, drawing from cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and relational frameworks. I aim to create a thoughtful and validating space where clients feel seen and empowered, tailoring interventions to align with both scientific evidence and each person’s lived experience.
I am a Ph.D. student in Clinical Psychology at Montclair State University with several years of experience supporting autistic individuals across clinical, research, and community settings. My work emphasizes daily functioning and emotional well-being, with particular attention to neurodiversity and co-occurring mental health concerns. I am committed to providing individualized, research-informed care that is strengths-based, developmentally appropriate, and culturally responsive.
