I am an anti-diet dietitian that prioritizes a compassionate, non-judgmental approach around nutrition counseling. I understand change is difficult, especially when it comes to something as personal as your relationship with food. My goal is to build a safe space to explore the physical, mental, and emotional impact of nutrition as it fits into your life and help you take small, actionable steps toward change.
I have extensive experience in private nutrition counseling with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns including disordered eating, emotional eating, management of chronic diseases (ie: diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, auto-immune conditions), PCOS, IBS/GI issues, and more.
