I am a trauma-informed therapist that specializes in eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, ADHD, trauma, depression, anxiety, family/relational issues, and identity-related challenges. My therapeutic approach is drawn from my extensive background in higher levels of care, integrating CBT, DBT, and Psychodynamic practices. My style is personalized to each client's individual needs, with an emphasis on encouragement and self-acceptance.
