I support individuals and their families across the lifespan, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, nonjudgmental, and individualized, incorporating empirical research and evidence-based practice. My therapeutic orientation is primarily Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral (CBT and DBT), solution-focused, and insight-oriented. I utilize an individualized, strength-based approach throughout my psychological assessments to understand, diagnose, and provide personalized support for each client.
