My practice is rooted in supporting social justice and enhancing psychological flexibility. I use an integrative and multicultural approach, rooted in CBT, ACT, and psychodynamic therapy, viewing the individual through a holistic lens to work collaboratively towards the client’s goals through talk therapy and psychological assessments. I use a combination of insight and solution-based approaches to work towards the client’s goals.
I am a Counseling Psychology PhD candidate at Fordham University and MHC-LP. I have five years of experience providing therapy and psychological assessments to individuals across the lifespan. I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, anger management, anxiety, depression, and those exploring their identity development and other life transitions. I also have experience working with children, college students, and professionals in high-intensity roles.
