I approach therapy from a relational and collaborative perspective, prioritizing the development of a strong therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves openly and authentically. I aim to be personable, warm, and professional while tailoring evidence-based interventions to each client's individual needs, strengths, experiences, and goals.
I am currently in my fifth year at Fordham University, pursuing my doctorate in School Psychology. My training includes therapy and consultation in a District 75 school and a 12-month externship at Manhattan Psychology Group, providing therapy and neuropsychological assessments. I have also supported children with selective mutism through Child Mind Institute's Brave Buddies program.
