My goal is to help individuals understand themselves better and find effective solutions to their challenges. While psychological evaluations are essential for diagnosing and recommending treatments, they also serve as a powerful tool for gaining insight and exploring new ways to address personal problems. I work collaboratively with my clients, using test findings to develop a more accurate, compassionate, and clear understanding of their unique experiences.
I work with individuals across the lifespan. I collaborate with clients on issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship problems, loss, and trauma. Additionally, I aid clients struggling with eating concerns or issues related to body size. I am passionate about integrating social justice into therapy, and weave cultural considerations and aspects of identity into treatment.
