My therapeutic approach is person-centered and integrative, drawing from ACT, CBT, EMDR, and psychodynamic frameworks. I aim to create a space that feels safe, grounded, and genuinely human—one that welcomes empathy, humor, and honest reflection. Through collaboration, we work toward deeper self-understanding, healing, and meaningful change while honoring your pace, values, strengths, and goals throughout the therapeutic process with care.
With experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and body image concerns. My work is guided by the belief that healing begins with understanding and connection. Through an integrative, client-centered lens, I help clients uncover resilience, build coping strategies, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
