For me, therapy is about creating a space where you can truly be yourself—no judgment, no expectations, just understanding. I believe growth happens when we embrace who we are, and I’m here to help you do that. Using a mix of humanistic, multicultural, and evidence-based approaches, I aim to support you in feeling safe, valued, and empowered to explore all aspects of your life.
I have experience working with adults navigating challenges like relationship and sexual concerns, emotional struggles, disordered eating, and behavioral patterns that feel hard to break. My background includes working in both inpatient mental health settings and private practice, where I’ve supported clients through complex life transitions, trauma, grief, and self-discovery.
