I utilize traditional psychodynamic psychotherapy principles alongside contemporary, here-and-now techniques that deliver results. My approach is respectful, interactive, and dynamic, blending the art and science of therapy with creativity and spontaneity to keep the process fresh and inspired. I tackle complex issues step by step, focusing on deconstructing and dismantling limiting beliefs at their source to support, clarify, and help you execute your potential.
Throughout my 25-year career, I've had the privilege of working with a highly diverse group of people across various life stages and challenges. I am comfortable working with families, couples, individuals, and children. My specialties include trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety and panic attacks, challenges faced by transitioning young adults, emotional regulation issues, and family discord, among others.

A.
