As an existential therapist, I embrace the journey of exploring life's deepest questions with my clients. My approach focuses on understanding personal choices, freedom, and the inherent challenges of human existence. I guide individuals towards authentic self-discovery and meaningful living, helping them confront anxieties about death, isolation, freedom, and meaning. Together, we strive to create a life that reflects their truest self.
I began my career working in school settings, supporting children on the autism spectrum and those with developmental, social, or emotional concerns. Over the years, my practice has expanded to include adults, children, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of psychological and relational issues. This diverse experience enriches my ability to connect with and support my clients through their unique life challenges.
