We Are Humantold

We are Humantold. We offer trusted and compassionate psychotherapy services to those seeking improved well-being.

For some of us, there comes a time in life when we begin searching for something. It could be love, inner peace, healing from our past, clarity for our future, better relationships, a healthier sense of self, or all or none of the above. If you find yourself at the precipice of this journey, the best way to begin is simply to take the first step.

We are here to help you cross that threshold. We are Humantold. We offer trusted and compassionate psychotherapy services to those seeking improved well-being.

We believe that therapy is a human right and that it should be available to everyone. We believe that the human experience is a shared one and that having access to a caring professional can lead to personal growth and empowerment.

We see the work that we do as a form of guidance. Our goal as therapists is to create a space where anyone—regardless of background— can explore their inner world and develop a sense of belonging and wholeness that is the foundation of wellness.

When working with the right therapist, your journey of self-exploration can lead to life-changing illuminations and greater well-being. Therapy can provide fresh perspectives on old issues and help you expand your personal limits and cultivate resilience.

Sometimes life can be challenging to navigate on your own. But you're not alone. Everyone experiences hardships. Every person comes to therapy for their own unique reasons. Taking the first step on this journey is no small feat. But the gifts that come from it are worth persevering through moments of uncertainty and fear. We are here to help you find your stride.
