I utilize IFS, ACT, trauma-focused, person-centered, strength-based, existential, and narrative practices to create genuine connections. I provide clients a nonjudgmental space to explore themselves through mindfulness/breathwork, media, activities, knowledge, creativity, and a caring ear to listen and foster empowerment over one’s life. I believe through collaboration; we learn to recognize problematic dynamics and limiting mindsets that prevent one from becoming more fulfilled.
With 6+ years of experience, I have worked in a school setting and in private practice supporting clients individually and within groups. I have worked with clients to explore their identity, sexuality, strengths, self-esteem, environmental stressors, and interpersonal relationships, helping them to develop healthy boundaries and coping skills to use throughout their life’s many transitions.

Q.

What's guides your approach to therapy?

A.

How we speak about our lives shape who we were, who we are, and who we will become. Healing starts by choosing to not let anyone tell it for you.
