Mental Health Counselor
“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.” - Viktor Frankl
Personal Approach
My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based strategies with a focus on each client’s lived experience. I primarily use CBT to help clients identify patterns between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while incorporating narrative and existential perspectives to explore meaning and personal values. I emphasize collaboration, empowering clients as the experts of their own lives, and work toward holistic growth that nurtures mind, body, heart, and spirit.
Professional Background
I hold an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and completed a year-long internship in private practice. I work with clients across the lifespan, utilizing play therapy, CBT, narrative therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I have supported individuals with anxiety, depression, OCD, social challenges, and identity concerns, and I am especially passionate about helping clients committed to meaningful personal growth.
