I cultivate an accepting space for individuals to connect with their authentic selves and desires. I approach therapy with curiosity and deep respect for your story. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches including psychodynamic, narrative, and cognitive behavioral therapy to accommodate the complexities of individual experiences. Together we’ll set meaningful goals and process emotions at a pace that feels safe and authentic.
I specialize in supporting clients who are navigating trauma, depression, self-esteem, anxiety, and relational conflicts. Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients. I prioritize creating space for the cultural, systemic, and social forces that shape each person’s experience. My background also includes roles across mental health in crisis intervention, disability services, care coordination, advocacy, and school settings.

Therapy invites room for reflection, healing, and personal growth. Creating a warm and steady space allows clients to explore their thoughts and emotions at a comfortable pace. My style balances honesty with compassion, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered work. Trauma-informed care and psychoeducation are woven in to support clients in developing insight and meaningful change.
More than two decades in school counseling and additional clinical experience have shaped my work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families from varied cultural and neurodivergent backgrounds. I often support clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, and relationship challenges. When working with couples, Gottman-informed strategies guide communication, emotional awareness, and stronger relational foundations.

I blend traditional therapy with holistic practices to support each person’s unique journey. I aim to create a warm, compassionate space where clients feel truly seen and heard. Together, we can explore healthy coping skills, self-awareness, and emotional challenges to support growth, healing, and meaningful change. When I'm not in the therapy room, I love reading and taking dance classes around NYC!
My clinical work has involved supporting children, adolescents, and young adults, with a strong focus on high school and college students. I've had the privilege of working closely with LGBTQ+ clients and helping young adults navigate anxiety, perfectionism, identity exploration, life transitions, and burnout with care and understanding. I strive to meet each client where they are while tailoring support to their individual goals!

I am a gentle companion who supports and assists you on the journey to self-healing, discovery, and awareness. I use a person-centered therapy approach that welcomes clients with compassion in a non-judgmental environment. I also incorporate CBT as a more structured method to explore behavioral patterns and thoughts. Everything I do is with your well-being at heart, with mindfulness woven into the process
I am a psychotherapy intern in the MHC program at Hunter College. I gained my informal counseling experience while volunteering at the VA Hospital, where I created and facilitated a program, “Therapy Through Meditation.” I worked with soldiers dealing with PTSD, anxiety, guilt, and shame-related issues. I have been a long-time meditator and mindfulness practitioner, and I integrate these practices into my work.

We all have an innate capacity to heal. Therapy is a place to remove the barriers in the way of that process, little by little. Through a supportive, empathic, and attuned relationship, we will co-explore the underlying narratives and feelings behind your current circumstances. Together we’ll determine a destination to work toward, honoring the journey and any pitstops or potholes along the way.
Working with individuals struggling with substance use-disorders has allowed me to develop my approach which includes elements of DBT, Narrative therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and IFS. My passion lies in facilitating interpersonal-process groups and I feel most comfortable working from a relational and person-centered lens. Depression, loneliness, relationship difficulties, and trauma have been the major themes my clients have faced.
