MSO Disclosure

Humantold operates a Management Services Organization (“MSO”) that provides non-clinical administrative and operational support services to affiliated healthcare entities.

The MSO currently provides services to:

• Douglas Psychotherapy Services
• Carnegie Hill Psychiatry
• Park Hill Psychiatry

Additional entities may be supported in the future.

The MSO does not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, or other clinical services. All clinical services are provided solely by licensed professionals or their respective professional entities.

Services Provided

Administrative & Practice Management Services

The MSO provides administrative, marketing, and management support services, including:

• Advertising, marketing, and promotional services in the field of mental and emotional health
• Media planning and placement, including digital and out-of-home advertising
• Practice organization and operational support
• Career planning services
• Career counseling regarding education options related to professional development
• Administrative systems development and support, including maintenance of a proprietary electronic health record system known as Mantle

Office Space & Facilities

• Rental and management of office space
• Procurement of office equipment, furnishings, and supplies
• Vendor coordination and facilities support

Case Management & Advocacy Support

• Non-clinical case management coordination across legal, medical, physical, social, personal care, and psychological services
• Administrative coordination related to procurement and administration of medication
• Patient advocacy services

All services provided by the MSO are non-clinical in nature.
